Steganos Safe 8 Overview

Steganos Safe 8 - a standalone module of Steganos Security Suite - is designed for users who want or need strong data encryption for their laptops and PCs. Version 8s new features include 256-bit AES encryption; the ability to store an unlimited amount of encrypted data; the ability to open the Safe with a USB stick, memory card, digital camera or ActiveSync-ready Smartphone; and the ability to securely transfer data onto memory sticks and DVD dual layer (DVD DL), as well as onto CDs, traditional DVDs and memory cards. The software continues to feature the Steganos Shredder and Deep Cleaning Shredder to completely eliminate unwanted files and remove any remnants of data from the hard drive that were previously deleted by other means. It also continues to provide password quality control, anti-crash protection and free automatic updates within a product generation.
