Download the email files/folders, contacts, calendar, etc. to a format compatible with the preferred email client using the Office 365 Backup Tool. To minimize tedious email extraction processes, the software includes a communal backup option.
Choose the folder before beginning the process to back up only the necessary formats. The client receives email backup files without the aid of any additional processes or emails.
The application also has tools for renaming the output files according to file naming patterns. Date, year, subject, etc. are used as a combination in file naming conventions.
