Features
User configurable set of backup tasks in which the user defines destination directory for backup files, and the list of files or folders to backup (including sub-folders, with option to select file types by defining filtering mask). The product includes predefined backup templates to backup standard file groups like INI configuration files from Windows directory, system files from root directory of the C: drive, objects located on windows Desktop, Start menu and more. During the definition of backup task, the user is being informed about actual number of selected files and total disk space needed for their backup. At the end of the task definition the user defines the backup interval in minutes, hours, or days. If the backup interval is set in days, the backup is performed only on first launch of computer that day.

Software features additional explorer functionality. When the user moves the mouse-cursor over the file which is scheduled for backup, it offers the path of the backup version (or backup versions) of the file. User can recover the file from the selected backup version.

It’s possible to run backup optimisation feature, which performs file comparison in the latest and older backup versions. In case the files are indetical, the copies in older backup files are replaced by empty files with the same name, which saves the disk-space needed for backup. The oldest backup files are erased automatically after the set period of time.

It’s possible to enable packing of backup files with WinRAR comprimation utilty.

Program also features the option to subscribe to the related mailing list which informs about latest updates.
