Speak-to-Mail lets you insert a contact’s email address just by saying the recipient’s name, and lets you dictate the subject and body of your email by speech entirely by speech. You can insert a signature, open an attachments dialog, and get a contacts phone or fax number, each with a single voice command. You can even sort your contact list by first or last name using speech. Best of all, Speak-to-Mail™ works with your email program, so all your messages stay in one place.
Speak-to-Mail™ also includes Natural Language Modeling technology that lets you setup an email with a single sentence. For example, you can say “send an email to John Smith about Tuesday’s meeting,” and Speak-to-Mail™ will place the John Smith’s email address in the “TO” field, “Tuesday’s meeting” in the subject field and your email is ready to dictate.
