A powerful OCX that allows the user to load and manage TXF/TDB, MID/MI, SHP/DBF, and raster data files as distinct layers. It permits the user to set visibility thresholds, colors, line attributes, label roads, landmarks, etc. A lot of its power lies in its simplicity.
