These are generated automatically by SimpleIndex or they can be exported from Excel, Access, most databases and other document scanning applications.SimpleSend's FTP and email functions are designed to let you send many files to many users automatically using a database query or CSV file. It has many special features designed for document scanning and document management applications, making it a perfect tool for network scanners, digital copiers and distributed capture applications.
