Screen Shooter is a MDI Picture Viewer combined with a Screen Shot utility.

By starting the screen shoot modus Screen Shooter creates an invisible layer over the desktop and over your applications. You can then draw a rectangle on this canvas or leave the entire screen as it is and make up to 10 screen shoots in one session.

You also can convert those screenshoots or any other picture into an icon by using high quality resample filter.

This is the fastest way to create those Icons used in Desktop Themes etc.
