The Pictures Toolbar combines the functionality of the browser, the download manager and the image viewer inside the Internet Explorer. The basic idea is that a single click on the download button in the toolbar finds, downloads and displays all the pictures found within a certain distance of the current page.

Features: Automated search for pictures starting on current web page using a configurable search strategy. Search parameters include ”only check links on same server as start page” and ”maximum link distance from start page”. Pictures matching user defined criteria such as file format and file size are downloaded and archived. The downloaded pictures can be viewed and organized inside the Internet Explorer. Viewing the downloaded pictures as a slideshow is also possible.
