Has CGI mode. Example of if test is "#if left(GetEnv("ENVVAR"), 4) = \\'ASDF\\'". Supports all Windows versions, OS/2, Unix, MacOS X and DOS and can actually preprocess any text file types (rexx, VbScript, ASP etc).
