With this software, you can have a fully customized web effect ready in less than 4 minutes. It contains 40 customizable effects of which 17 are freeware effects and 23 are adware effects. The adware effects have a small delay in the beginning of the applet, before turning into the fully functional effect. These effects are free to be used for both commercial or non-commercial purposes and are not crippled in any way or time limited. With Advanced Effect Maker, you can also send your Flash files to your friends by e-mail. Macromedia Flash is not required to use this software. The authoring environment needs the Java VM 1.4, but the effects created by this software use Flash and JavaScript technology and have no need for it.
