I downloaded Backup2009 Pro which is a wonderful backup and restore tool for Windows.
With this you can create classic zip files which are backup compatible, you can copy and synchronize , your files. In addition, disk or partition image file including Windows system partition) can be created. I has a user friendly interface, similar to a Windows explorer. Being compatible with zip file format, it is very easy to use. The back up can be taken any media, be it floppy disks, hard drives, network drives, external hard disks, writable CD etc. A great advantage of Backup2009 Pro is that it can backup even those files which are open and locked by another process. It provides added security by creating second copy. Yu can create a second copy of the backup in a different folder or at an alternate destination. While restoring, you have the option to restore a single file or folder or the entire backed up data. Initially you can download it free for trial purposes, but you have to get it registered after the trial period is over.
